Keyence and JustSystems

Keyence, a maker of sensors, has purchased 44% of JustSystem's shares. JustSystem, maker of ATOK and Ichitaro, has been in the red since the third quarter of 2006.

Fujitsu moving into SAAS

Fujitsu has announced that it's following NEC and Hitachi into SAAS, beginning with CRM.
